ExlService Holdings announced that Bill Bloom will join EXL in the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Global Client Services. Bill s appointment marks a landmark addition to EXL s senior management and is designed to facilitate the next phase of rapid growth by focusing on industry leading customer satisfaction and centricity. Bill will join EXL s Executive Committee and will lead all client-facing functions in a unified fashion including sales and marketing, strategic account management, and Transformation services.
