Rosa plant achieves financial closure

Reliance Power, an Anil Ambani group company, has achieved the financial closure for the second phase of the 2x300 Rosa thermal power plant in Shahjahanpur. Rosa Power Supply Company Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Power, signed the financing agreements for long term loan with various banks and financial institution led by IDBI in New Delhi on Monday.
