The government is planning to grade hospitals covered under the state-sponsored Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) in order to improve the quality of the services under the scheme that offers health insurance for for the below poverty line (BPL) families. Those hospitals with better grades can charge patients more.
