EIH offloading: the ball in Analjit's court now

While PRS Oberoi, chairman of EIH Limited, flagship company of the Oberoi Group that runs the Oberoi chain of hotels, says that the matter of stake sale is under deliberation , sources close to the development told FE that the matter is moving close to Analjit Singh, who controls healthcare services and insurance firm Max India, grabbing another 17% in the company.
