Aditya Birla Group firm Aditya Birla Nuvo on Friday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 180 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2010. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 146 crore during the corresponding quarter last year. Aditya Birla Nuvo s earnings growth was driven by improved profitability in the manufacturing businesses coupled with reduced losses in the life insurance, IT & ITeS and garments businesses, the company said in a statement.
