CII for raising FDI cap in insurance, banking: new chief

The country s premier industry chamber, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), expects an 8.5% growth during the current fiscal. Addressing a press conference, a day after taking over as the new president of the chamber, Hari S Bhartia said that while demand is growing and the economic outlook is robust, the industry is working hard to add capacity and if the monsoons are good, there should be a strong upside in agriculture production.
