PSUs outperform pvt peers in auto insurance services
Public sector insurance companies outperform their peers in the private sector in customer satisfaction when it comes to providing auto insurance in the country. National Insurance ranks highest with a score of 831 on a 1,000-point scale, performing particularly well in all six factors such as interaction, claims; product/policy offerings, renewal/purchase process, billing and payment process and premium/price for coverage offered.
