Cashless treatment row far from over despite Irda assurance

The row between insurance companies and hospitals over cashless treatment is far from over even though the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Irda) claims that resolution is underway. Promoters of corporate healthcare groups such as Max India and Apollo Group said on Thursday that many glitches have to be sorted out to facilitate seamless transaction between insurance firms and hospitals.
