Aditya Birla Minacs eyes 20% growth, to focus on non-metros

Driven by long-term telecom deals and increased business in the insurance vertical, Aditya Birla Minacs, the business process outsourcing (BPO) subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group - is eyeing15-20% growth in the $1.2 billion domestic BPO market.
