Max New York Life to hire 7,000 in North

Max New York Life Insurance, which posted a growth of 46% between April to December 2008 compared to 18% growth recorded by private life insurers, plans to hire about 7,000 agents this year in north. The company has over 4,800 insurance agents in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and plans to add another 7,000 by December 2009.
