Ramnath exits from ICICI Venture, Mulye to take baton

The ICICI group is seeing a major overhaul in its top management as close on the heels of Shikha Sharma, who decided to give up her post of ICICI Prudential MD & CEO, another group company s CEO has tendered her resignation. Renuka Ramnath has quit her job as the MD and CEO of ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Ltd. She will be succeeded by Vishakha Mulye who has been an executive director of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company. Her appointment will be effective from April 21, 2009.
